| Synopsis |
As Jensen continues his reign of terror on the top of Gotham Twin Towers, Wayne has escaped his wrath, and is inside one of the towers with a Batman exhibit inside its museum. Remembering all that he did as Batman up until his wife's death, he decides he has no other choice but to put on the costume one last time and face him. The resulting battle kills them both, and reveals Wayne for who he truly was for so many years to the world: Gotham's Guardian. To Be Concluded... |

Death of Earth-2 Batman. This is the second part of the story originally intended for All-Star Comics #75. Huntress and Robin's true identites are revealed as a result of the battle between Jensen and Bruce this issue. Dr. Fate also reveals that Jensen was only a part of the bigger problem, that someone else was behind Jensen's 'power surge', revealed next issue (# 463).
This story is divided into four parts: Intro: Only legends live forever (1 page); Prologue : What has gone before... (2 pages); Chapter 3: The legend lives again (8 pages); Epilogue: (4 pages).
