1. ACCESS TO THE ONLINE INDEX
If you want access to the ONLINE INDEX (OI), you should supply the following information to the GCD Reservations Coordinator .
- Your real name
- Your Nationality (especially if not American)
- Your (current) e-mail address
- Your user name (if you want to create your own, otherwise it will be generated for you)
- Your password (if you want to create your ownm otherwise it will be generated for you)
The GCD Reservations Coordinator will then set you up on the system and contact you with all information needed to get started.
Important: At the moment, it's not possible for Indexers to edit their old indexes. One can only edit data with was submitted via the OI.
2. WHAT IS THE ONLINE INDEX?

It is recommend indexing one or two offline and cut and paste and then play along with it online.
3. RESERVING A COMIC BOOK SERIES OR ISSUE
Please have a look at the complete Reservations List (Excel format, May '05)
and the current list of reserved ongoing series (HTML format, May '06).
If you want to index any series/issue which have not been set up with a skeleton (empty) index, please let the GCD Reservations Coordinator know.
Please supply the following information:
- publisher name
- exact title (from the indicia, not the cover!)
- issue numbers
- year of start of publication of series
- any additional information you want to insert in the Notes and Tracking fields
