Synopsis
Jane convinces Hazel to go with her to Brightsea on their vacation, but Jane really wants Hazel along so her mother wouldn't guess she was meeting Bob there. With no one else at Brightsea who is her own age, Hazel goes to a secluded cove and dozes off. When she awakens, she finds that the tide has come in. She tries to make her way back, but slips and hits her head on a rock. Swept into a violent underflow, she is saved from drowning by a young man who is wanted by the police.
Henry enjoys a great life, working on barge trips up the canal. He chats up the pretty girls during the day and in the evenings he has a steady girl in every lock. But things break down when one of those girls takes a week off to accompany him on the barge.

Synopsis
When a test pilot survives a plane crash in England, he promises to bring his nurse for a summer of sunshine in the Bahamas. But he has lost the use on one arm and can no longer fly or climb mountains as he did before. Ward wants to find out if Liz loves him or just pities him, so he sends his old 'SOS Girl Trouble' message to his friend Nick. This is a signal long used between the two friends that meant that Ward had gotten in too deep with a girl and needed Nick to come try his charms on her.
Anita thinks about breaking up with Julian, but always weakens. That finally changes when they go to a puppet show where the puppets seem to be enacting their relationship. The female puppet announces that she found someone else and as a distraught Anita walks out, she also meets someone else.
When Jill sees a woman on television who is getting the boys' heads spinning by taking pet tiger cubs everywhere she goes, Jill decides to see if it will work with a pet kitten named 'Cuddles'.

Synopsis
Georgia is married to star guitarist Warren Bedford, but never gets to see him because he is always on tour. When Warren's agent offers Georgia a spot on a television show where she is a member of a panel that reviews music, Warren objects.
