Synopsis
Rose has been accused by the police of killing her father and she uses her new Foxfire powers to try and clear her name. She follows the real killer down into the sewers but finds it to be a savage, cannibalistic monster who is extremely powerful. Foxfire is knocked out and it is only the timely intervention of Sludge that saves her life. When she comes around, she finds Ultraforce has arrived to take her in.
