APEX Broadcasting; green lantern (called the green lamp); power ring

Indexer Notes

Alan Scott begins working for APEX Broadcasting (the last issue that positively mentions him working there is All-American #58). In the story, GL recites a variation on his oath: "And I shall shed my light over dark evil, for the dark things cannot stand the light....the light of......Green Lantern!" In the story, when GL hit Mr. Gates on the jaw, it left behind a small "green lantern" emblem. Letterer credit verified by Marty Nodell.
