Issue Notes

The Deluxe edition of this issue was polybagged and included one of six 6.5" x 10" color animation cels featuring Peter Parker changing into his costume and a 16-page insert titled "Work in Progress" which detailed the making of the Spider-Man animated series for television.
This issue is a variant of Spider-Man (Marvel, 1990 series) #46 [Direct Edition - Standard]. There exist further variants:
