- Synopsis
- When the Brain Emperor starts a jailbreak at the Zenith Institution and Penitentiary (Z.I.P.), he releases all of its super-villains with the intent to kill the New Crusaders. Meanwhile, the New Crusaders hold back the rioters with the help of a new Riot Squad.
