Synopsis
The Plutonian seedily exerts his power. Scylla and Charybdis arrive at an abandoned prison outside Philadelphia, monitored by Qubit. Underneath the prison, a half-dozen supervillains explore the headquarters of recently deceased superhero Inferno, where they are nonchalantly confronted by... The Plutonian.
