Synopsis
A stranger seems to save Matt Dillon's life in a bar fight, but later he makes an excuse to take Dillon out of Dodge so that his gang can rob the bank.

Synopsis
Thinking Matt Dillon is too soft on troublemakers in their businesses, the owners hire four gunslingers to act as private police. The gunslingers eventually take over and the businessmen beg Dillon to get rid of them.
