- W. W. Munger is publishing the "Feats of A Thousand" book and the boys are just one arrest from making it. But Chief O'Hara is just 4 arrests from making it into the book, so Super Goof arranges for the Chief to get the credit, passing up other chances to arrest the boys himself.
