Synopsis
Black Manta is being held at Belle Reve as Amanda Waller tries to convince him to join the Suicide Squad when the Crime Syndicate stages a mass prison break. The Crime Syndicate claims that the Justice League is dead, and asks the villains to join them. Black Manta declines, feeling that if Aquaman is dead, he has nothing left to fight for, however, he soon has reason to want revenge against the Syndicate.
