According to Jerry Bails' "Whos Who" Moldoff did pencils only in '53 on - much later, he will do pencils & inks. However, this story has all the earmarks of Moldoff inks, not Paris. Paris inks verified by Craig Delich (Nov. 2005). In this issue, the reprinted story carries the title "The Joker Batman." Synopsis added by Craig Delich 10-14-07.
