Rhinoceros chasing Tarzan (painting). Cover pencil, ink, & color credits from Ken Webber (December 17, 2003).

Richard Richmond says this is a Moe Gollub painting and it mimics the way professional westlers vault over the ropes into the wrestling ring. Gollub's animation skill was learned at Disney and the smooth natural look of the action comes from that training.

Synopsis
A new giant golden eagle, Aiglon, escapes from his perch with Boy on his back. The bird flies to Pal-ul-don. Tarzan and Argus follow. Tarzan finds Boy working with a lost prospector, Chet Harper. In order to get Harper and his gold out of Pal-ul-don, Tarzan first takes him to Cathne. Harper is so impressed with the city that he elects to stay there.
