- King Blozo sends Swee’pea a football with "The Royal Diamond" hidden inside for safekeeping. Stanley and Gerard (two of the many black-clad, bearded spies that populate the Popeye comics) are after the diamond, and try to recover the football - but Popeye and Swee’pea go on offense to stop them.
