This issue is a variant of Bizarre Adventures (Marvel, 1981 series) #34.
The creators own the rights to all stories with the exceptions of Howard the Duck and Bucky Bizarre. Last issue of Bizarre Adventures. Per an Error Report by Steven Grant, this issue was the first published in high end comics format, as a test, and was one of the first Marvel publications printed in a new full color process (instead of four-color) (added 2009-01-06 by Allen Ross).
Parody of "It's a Wonderful Life". The first Howard the Duck story since the "Howard the Duck" magazine was discontinued. Steven Grant confirmed via an Error Report that he did the coloring for this story (with a little help on the printing notations from Marie Severin (2009-01-06 by Allen Ross).
The death of Santa (again). Printed in two-color (black-and-red).
