Napoleon and Willie go hiking into the hills to find Bull Frog Lake, where the biggest bull frogs in the world are said to live. Willie catches one under his hat, and, while he goes off to fetch a box, Napoleon is amazed to see the hat leaping about.

Dan buys a small boat but has business elsewhere for several days. Dickie is asleep on it one night in choppy seas, when he spots a larger boat heading towards him, apparently out of control. He cuts the anchor ropes and starts drifting out to sea, but manages to get into a small rowboat, which then begins to capsize.

Synopsis
Scorchy is in the Orient, hot on the trail of a missing gold bullion shipment. By having himself arrested and bailed out by the shady Lang, he gets nearer to the whereabouts of the gold.
