Synopsis
While touring on the French Riviera, Daphne gets a flat tire outside Juan Les Pins and a stranger helps her change it. They start seeing a lot of each other until the day he stands her up. That was the day she met Nino and started dating him. Greg returns and explains why he stood her up and warns her about Nino. But she ignores his warnings. Claiming he has bad luck in the Juan Casino, Nino gives her a large sum of money and asks her to gamble it at the roulette tables for him.

"Love Spins the Wheel" was also the cover story title for Love Story Picture Library (IPC, 1952 series) #1188 (1974). The five year interval between stories would be consistent with Fleetway's reprint interval for romance stories.

Synopsis
Pat's boyfriend is a reporter who is always standing her up for news stories. When he breaks their latest date to pursue a story about a bank robber, Pat remembers that she left the lights on at the salon where she works. When she returns to the salon to turn them off, she meets a bearded man who matches the description of the bank robber. He claims he needs to be clean-shaven and blonde for a part in a play the next morning, but Pat thinks he is the robber so she gives his hair a treatment that will turn his hair blue.
