Synopsis
A gang of crooks hatch a scheme to discredit the son of District Attorney Rogers (not knowing he is Little Boy Blue) and so get him off their backs. Some days later at school, Tommy receives an invitation from Lucille Browning to a party she is giving. While the lights are out for 'Blind Man's Bluff' Mrs. Browning discovers her jewels are missing. Everyone is searched, and they are found on Tommy. The whole party was a set-up, but Tubby and Toughy have watched from the shadows, and the trio don their costumes and confront the crooks.

Synopsis
Don Greco tries to reform, but his old cronies won't allow it. Wanda wants Terry to take her to her women's lodge meeting. He tries to refuse, but when she mentions the hypnotist they have booked has a tattoo of an eye on his hand, Terry remembers that one such man was mixed up in a crime some years earlier. As Mr. Terrific he catches the crooks robbing the hypnotized women.

Synopsis
The Black Pirate's ships pulls into port, to find a town where inhabitants are reluctant to appear on the streets. The King's Minister LaRogue demands a tax payment before a drop of water is touched. Jon objects, and a swordfight ensues. Jon is knocked out from behind, and he and Justin imprisoned. They escape and in turn capture LaRogue, shave his head and beard and take him to a tavern for food. A demand for tax is presented before he can eat his soup. Jon brings LaRogue before the king and makes him confess his crimes.
