Indexer Notes

Julius Schwartz's editorial records, provided by DC Comics, show Mike Esposito as being paid for the pencils and inks for the cover, however Mike Esposito worked with Ross Andru and scholars agree Ross penciled and Mike inked this cover. Schwartz kept editorial records for Robert Kanigher who edited this issue (added by Greg Fischer, October 2007).
