Synopsis
Indicia, comic credits, production credits, creation note, dedication by Michael Turner to his mother, called "For Grace," and special thanks.

On a blue background are printed the words: "There are two worlds, the one we know, and the one below." The words are repeated in light blue, digitally manipulated to evoke waves, behind the plain white print of the full statement. Over the top is superimposed a small photograph, filtered in a yellow-orange hue, depicting an ocean with a low sun spilling its light across still waters.
