This issue was released in three formats: One has the Amazing Spider-Man cover with an Amazing Ricochet cover underneath, one has the Amazing Ricochet cover with an Amazing Spider-Man cover underneath and the newsstand version has the Amazing Spider-Man cover only with no Amazing Ricochet cover (reducing the page count by 4 pages for that edition only).

This edition has the prices and barcode on the inner front cover.
