- Synopsis
- Sam takes up dirt-biking and is given permission to ride around the far side of Elmer's property. This suits Elmer doubly-fine as it is far enough away from his house so as not to be bothered by the noise, and Sam does his loud riding directly above Bugs' rabbit hole. When Elmer shows no interest in abating the noise for Bugs, the rabbit takes steps to bring the noise to Elmer.
