Blotman, dressed completely in black in the style of The Phantom Blot, comes equipped with a "Blotcave", a "Blotmobile" and a mighty "Blot-Computer". When needed, he is summoned by "The Blot-Signal" and has a secret identity he must constantly protect.
Oddly, the actual Phantom Blot does not appear in this story.

NOTES FROM THE DIALOGUE CREATOR:
This story originates with the Disney Studio (S-Code) Program.
Mark Evanier writing credit is per a personal conversation between Mr. Evanier and Joe Torcivia at New York Comic Con 2017.
The pun title, "Now Museum, Now You Don't" was created in tribute to Mark Evanier's notable Super Goof pun title "One Nation in Dirigible" from Super Goof (Western, 1965 Series) #36 (December 1975). https://www.comics.org/issue/29359/
First instance of actual comic book writing/scripting for Joe Torcivia who, in partnership with editor David Gerstein, would do the same for Gemstone, Boom! Studios, IDW, and Fantagraphics.
The dialogue was written in sort of a quasi-Vic Lockman style, as Lockman had written very many Super Goof stories for Western Publishing.
