- Having escaped from a glass cage in a foreign freighter's stateroom, Hydroman overpowers one of the guards, contains two others, and forcibly takes Margery from the ship. Arriving on land, Hydroman orders a taxi driver to take them to Bob Blake's apartment, but the cabbie smells a rat and dumps them out at the local Police Precinct.
