Working together, they find a sunken galleon and treasure, fight off a shark, octopus, and Godzilla-monster; and discover they really want to be a team of "underwater trouble shooters" called Sea Devils.

1) A 1953 movie, "Sea Devils", starred Rock Hudson and Yvonne DeCarlo. The subject was 1800's smuggling and Napoleonic plots, but the title might have inspired the DC comic. 2) The last panel announces, "More titanic adventures of 'Sea Devils' in the next issue of Showcase!"
