On sale date from Meanwhile column in Secret Origins (DC, 1986 series) #4 "(Week of...)" and DC Releases #26.

The Direct (first printing), Newsstand and Canadian variants have the regular cover differences in pricing, and UPC box contents, but have the same indicia, inside front cover, inside back cover, and back cover content. Some copies contain a 12 page insert for the Mask comic series.
