Millie the Model Annual (1962 series) (Marvel) #1 and Strange Tales Annual (Marvel, 1962 series) #1 have the same on-sale date, making them tied as Marvel's first annuals, as recorded in the Catalog of Copyright Entries 1962 Books, Pamphlets, Serials, Contributions to Periodicals July-Dec 3D Ser Vol 16 Pt 1, page 1227: The Big Strange Tales Annual, 1962. Vol.1, no.1. Appl. author: Stan Lee. © Atlas Magazines, Inc.; 3Jul62; A576752.
However, all of this issue was reprinted material, while the Millie the Model Annual consisted of all new material, making it the first Marvel Annual created as such.
