Millie the Model Annual (1962 series) (Marvel) #1 and Strange Tales Annual (Marvel, 1962 series) #1 have the same on-sale date, making them tied as Marvel's first annuals, as recorded in the Catalog of Copyright Entries 1962 Books, Pamphlets, Serials, Contributions to Periodicals July-Dec 3D Ser Vol 16 Pt 1, page 1227: The Big Strange Tales Annual, 1962. However, all of this issue was reprinted material, while the Millie the Model Annual consisted of all new material, making it the first Marvel Annual created as such.
