Synopsis:
Betty Wilson goes to the movie every Friday with Fred, a boy from the building next door in her tenement district. But she dreams of a handsome millionaire sweeping her off her feet and leading her down the aisle. One day while standing at the curb, an expensive car drives by and splashes mud over her coat and dress. When the car stops, the passenger who apologizes seems to be the man of her dreams, rich and handsome. But it turns out he is really just an escapee from the sanitarium who uses his charm to keep himself in dollars whenever he runs away. Betty gladly goes back to Fred.
