Cover art appears to be a collage of panel art from interior story "Remember Me?". The head shots on the left side of the cover are taken from panels on pages 2 and 3 of the story. The art with the man walking up the ramp is probably taken from the splash page of the story, but the indexer's copy is missing that page.
The cover says there is a free pin-up poster of Shirley Jones inside. That pin-up poster has been removed from indexer's copy. The other side of the pin-up poster would have been the first page of the "Remember Me?" story. So the details of these two pages are uncertain.
