Indexer Notes

In this 1941 story, Joy Martin is last seen sinking beneath the waves of the Caribbean with no boat or plane nearby. Many miles away Jack is immediately struck with the feeling that "the whole world has dropped out" from under him. In 1943, Zack Mosley had her re-appear as a Pacific Island Coral Princess with amnesia. It was never explained how she was saved, or how she got to the Pacific.
