Synopsis:

Raggedy Ann and Andy climb the kite string to the clouds where Andy breaks open a huge tub of water, creating a cloudburst that puts out the fire.

The Loonies capture Bertram and the Raggedys have to use the fake snake to scare the Loonies and rescue him.
