- Synopsis:
- Eddie Elf is blowing bubbles from magic soapsuds. He blows a soap bubble dragon to frighten the Snoopwiggy and Gruffy Bear who have been bullying the residents of the forest. Later the Raggedys and Eddie are captured by Witchie Crosspatch.
At the end the magic soapsuds wash Witchie Crosspatch away in a scene much like the Wicked Witch of the West's demise in the 1939 Wizard of Oz movie.
