Synopsis:
Dishonest John cuts the power to Lighthouse Island in order to salvage the ships that will sink on the rocks. Beany and Cecil and the crew go to King Neptune's Service Station in the Eel-ectric Sea to get some electric eels to provide temporary power to the lighthouse.
