Synopsis:
A sunken German sub off the shores of Long Island holds papers that would expose a city official who used it to come to the city as a German spy in World War II. When divers Steve Randall and Jim Collins are jailed for investigating the sub contrary to orders from city officials, their children, Billy and Cindy, decide to do some investigating on their own.
