Indexer Notes

Carlson is credited on Buck Jones by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and is best recognised by his horses. Long narrow, tapering heads and often with front legs stretched out like a rocking horse, page 1 panel 4. This way of drawing horses are very special to Carlson, and can also be found in many of his Rocky Lane stories. He had about 25 Buck Jones stories.
