Synopsis:
Captain Nazi cuts Station WHIZ off the air and Cap races for the radio sending station to deal with the issue and saves Whitey in the process. He then must stop a powerful turbine from spinning out of control and costing the lives of innocent people. However, in his most pressing case, in order to save the life of a young newsboy crippled by Captain Nazi, Billy passes along part of his powers to the boy.
