Special Metropolis Mailbag due to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. A memoriam note explains the story was pulled due to his assassination. The story did finally appear in Superman #170 at President Lyndon Johnson’s request. Sequence added by Bob Bailey, 2005-03-19 (Per Sandell ed.)
