Scudder's christian name is not referred to in this story, he will not be named as Sam Scudder until The Flash, (DC, 1959 series) #239 (February 1976).

In The Flash, (DC, 1959 series) #219 (Dec 1972 - Jan 1973), he was briefly referred to as Joe Scudder. Both later stories scripted by Cary Bates.

Writer Bates later combines both Mirror Master id.s as Samuel Joseph Scudder, from - The Flash (DC, 1959 series) #255 (November 1977)
