Synopsis:

Under threat from thugs trying to collect a bounty the Anti-Superman Gang has put on his head, Jimmy takes only a partial dose of a serum Chameleon Boy gave him to duplicate his powers, and finds that he can only modify the appearance of his head. But that proves to be enough to evade several attempts on his life until Superman returns from outer space and can protect him.
