Indexer Notes

Art identification based on Patenaude‘s signed covers for Mystery Men Comics #31 (February, 1942) and V...- Comics #2 (March, 1942), which feature the Blue Beetle and V-Man appearing consistent with how they’re drawn on this cover. Similarities include small heads which are smoothly well-rounded, dotted eyes with no irises, small noses, wide smiles showing teeth, and pronounced chests with a few bumps drawn to convey the ribs.
