Sensing a trap, Tracy and Sam position a dummy that resembles Tracy at a meeting place. Their fears are realized when a sniper shoots it several times with a high-powered rifle. Open-Mind and his hired assassin believe that they have killed Tracy after they call police headquarters and are told that Tracy is not in. The crooks carelessly leave the phone off the hook, and Tracy traces the location of the call. They break in on the crooks as they are drinking in celebration of Tracy's death.
