Synopsis
When a gaseous alien sees a scarecrow, it mistakes it for an example of Earth's dominant life form, and tries to possess it. A tramp sees the scarecrow moving and drops his cigarette in the hay from shock. The fire burns up the scarecrow and the alien leaves Earth, removing the threat.
