Synopsis
Inventor John gives Bill an anti-gravity liquid that makes things light. Bill uses it to allow him to lift a horse, bus, train, etc. to impress bully McSlaughterhouse, who changes him mind about thrashing Bill.

This strip is set in Bumomania, a fantasy world similar to Earth but where some people like Bill have little angel wings (in some panels). This world with the winged characters (at least one of which strongly resembled Bill Bumlin) originally appeared in Bernard Dibble's "Dub Dabs" feature.
