Synopsis
Inspector Guillotine asks the Spirit to help him find the criminal Don Macabre, who seems to know the Inspector's every move. The Spirit realizes that the Inspector's fiancee -- Plaster of Paris -- is actually in love with Don and is a member of his gang.
