About this art, Mark Bodé said: "Yes I drew this. After I submitted the pencil they asked me to change my name and had another artist ink it. They rejected my pencil 3 times each time I trimmed and tucked till I could trim no more then they inked it. The only trace of my style is in the puppies and then just a trace. But it’s my concept and drawing!"
