The original Gil Kane version of this cover had the Outcast as villain, but it was rejected by the Comics Code. The Juggernaut's face and figure, perhaps a Werner Roth stat with Romita touch-ups, replaced the Outcast and the Iceman was added for the published cover. Information provided and updated by Nick Caputo.
