Julius Schwartz's editorial records, provided by DC Comics, show Ross Andru as being paid for the pencils and inks for the cover, however Mike Esposito worked with Ross and inked and signed the cover. Schwartz kept editorial records for Robert Kanigher who edited this issue.

Art is an imitation of Sheldon Moldoff, but stiffness of figures and inklines are identical to the Waldinger/Nicolosi fillers in earlier issues of this and other DC titles.
