Synopsis
What is thought to be a valuable platnium-producing formula disappears aboard an ocean-going vessel. Volton intercepts a transmission to Underworld, Inc. from a professor on board that the forumla is for sale, and Volton sends a message to Gangland, Inc. along the same lines. His aim is to capture every crook in the city! After the battle is over, the professor learns the formula is actually a synthetic tin formula!
