Donald Short
Synopsis:
A bolt of lightning strikes the developing fluid of amateur photographer Donald Short. The fluid then has the power to bring photographs to life, and Short uses it on a picture of some soldiers. Short plans to use the fluid to create an army, but his plans for conquest are ruined when his well-meaning wife decides to clean his darkroom, and she throws the developing fluid out.
