Jameson has offered a five million dollar reward for whoever can identify Spider-Man from his unmasked Bugle photo; Spidey takes down a rampaging Doc Ock who has been transferred from prison for some mysterious "tests"; Once Ock is collared, the cops decide to try and cash in on the Spidey reward by trying to yank off his mask.
